Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of software, websites, platforms, and related services provided by Discover Software Solutions, including OptiSys.
By accessing or using an applicable service, the customer or user agrees to the terms governing that service, including any applicable order, Marketplace transaction, subscription agreement, or additional written agreement with Discover Software Solutions.
Authorized Use
Customers may use OptiSys and other Discover Software Solutions services only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable subscription rights, documentation, agreements, and law.
Accounts & Credentials
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials under their control and for activities conducted through their authorized accounts.
Customers should promptly notify Discover Software Solutions of suspected unauthorized account access.
Customer Environments
Customers retain responsibility for the applications, systems, infrastructure, credentials, information, and environments they connect to OptiSys.
Customers represent that they possess the necessary authority and permissions to authorize OptiSys to interact with connected systems.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not knowingly use Discover Software Solutions services to:
- Violate applicable law
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or information
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Introduce malicious software
- Disrupt or interfere with services or infrastructure
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
- Use the service in a manner designed to materially compromise the security or availability of the platform
Third-Party Services
OptiSys may support integrations with third-party applications, APIs, cloud platforms, AI providers, and other services.
Third-party products and services remain subject to their respective terms, availability, policies, and security practices. Discover Software Solutions does not control third-party services.
AI-Assisted Capabilities
OptiSys may provide AI-assisted analysis, recommendations, reasoning, automation, or operational decision support.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs should be evaluated according to the customer's operational requirements and risk tolerance.
Customers remain responsible for decisions made using such outputs and for establishing appropriate human oversight for consequential operations.
Intellectual Property
Discover Software Solutions and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in their software, platforms, technologies, documentation, trademarks, and associated intellectual property except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Customers retain ownership of their information and intellectual property subject to the rights necessary for Discover Software Solutions to provide the authorized services.
Service Changes
Discover Software Solutions may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves, subject to applicable contractual obligations.
Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where permitted by an applicable agreement, including for material violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, nonpayment where applicable, or termination of the applicable subscription.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Services may be subject to limitations described in applicable agreements, documentation, Marketplace terms, or order forms.
Any warranties, disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability applicable to a commercial relationship should be governed by the applicable agreement between Discover Software Solutions and the customer.
Marketplace Purchases
Where OptiSys is purchased through a third-party cloud marketplace, applicable Marketplace purchasing, billing, cancellation, and subscription provisions may also apply.
In the event of conflicting provisions, the applicable agreements and Marketplace terms determine the governing requirements according to their respective scope.
Changes to These Terms
Discover Software Solutions may periodically update these Terms. Updated versions will display a revised effective date.
